SHIPPING
All shipments are FOB Miami Florida. All Customers will pay for shipping charges as listed on your order upon checkout. Expedited orders that require faster shipping transit, such as FED EX AIR Overnight, 2nd Day and Express Saver will be added to the invoice. All International customer with orders shipped outside the United States will be responsible for all duties and VAT/taxes that their country collects.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF UNITED STATES
International orders do not apply for fixed shipping costs. All international shipping costs are variable and are determined by FedEx International weights and zones. All international orders will be contacted after the order regarding additional shipping charges which will apply. If the customer does not agree to the additional international shipping charges, they may cancel their order. All shipments are FOB Miami Florida. Customer is responsible for all duties and VAT/taxes that their country collects.
RETURNS POLICY
Items published on our website may be returned within 7 days for money back or replaced for any damages: NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER 7 DAYS. No returns or refunds on custom orders.
A WRITTEN AUTHORIZATION (RGA#) MUST BE GIVEN as we will not accept any returns without a RGA#. THE RGA NUMBER MUST BE MARKED ON ALL RETURNED CARTONS. - Items must be returned in original condition. A 25% restocking fee may apply.
