Beyond perfect
There's attention to detail, and then there's ATTENTION to detail. The pics on the site don't do it justice; on the inside of the mug, the spoon is still being held down by coffee realistically, as it pools around it. But the most amazing thing is that the inside of the cup is stained. And stained SO good! That's all to say the product itself is perfect; the customer support was even better! I placed the order on November 30, with a note saying I needed it by January 1st, and I received it on December 22nd. I even had a special request (which admittedly could not be done but no worries!) that they kept open communication on for alternatives for what COULD be done. Seriously, 5/5, 10/10, 100/100. I love this, and will be ordering this again in the future.
